The Costume Connection is a design and development company established by two passionate costume professionals. Karen Weller and Bonnie Sinclair have designed and integrated numerous projects worldwide. The Costume Connection has the expertise necessary to understand the unique requirements associated with experiential costumes and wardrobe on any scale. Our designs tell stories. Bonnie Sinclair | Principal
Karen brings a global perspective to The Costume Connection team through her work with many top entertainment organizations. Her experience in theater, film, theme park development and management includes design, budgeting, scheduling, and training of operational teams. Karen has a wide range of career experience including many years of teaching. She excels in creative design, technical construction, and production management. Karen’s expertise in collaboration with creative teams ensures the success of even the most complex projects.
Karen Weller | Principal
Bonnie has over 35 years of experience working as a costume designer and creative design administrator in the entertainment industry. Her experience has included projects for theme parks, motion pictures, television, music videos, retail design, licensing, teaching, and theater. Bonnie’s expertise in character costume design has helped to bring numerous beloved IP’s to life. Along with her TEA Masters award, Bonnie has received an Emmy for her work in television. Bonnie enjoys all aspects of creative collaboration from concept to completion.
